CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Notice Requirement: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. 3. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service price. 4. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, with applicable cancellation fees. 5. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule without penalty when possible. 6. Repeat Offenders: Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice may be required to prepay for future appointments. 7. Booking Deposits: For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not followed.
